Version 1
Updated: 09/28/2022
1) Do speak with first person “I” statements
We encourage speaking from the first person perspective (such as “what I experience” or “what has helped me is”) in place of giving unsolicited advice or speaking for someone else.
2) Do welcome different viewpoints
Respect that other people in the community have had different life experiences and may have a different perspective to yours. We welcome different viewpoints.
3) Do include a “Trigger Warning” when sharing about difficult experiences
The Flowly community is a safe place for you to share if you are going through a challenging mental, emotional, or physical experience. When posting about tough topics, please include a heading that says “Trigger Warning”, specifying what the trigger might be (such as abuse or suicide). This will allow our heroes to safeguard their own mental and emotional health when interacting in the community.
If you are struggling, please reach out to the following resources:

5) Don’t post hate speech or bullying
We don’t allow defamatory, indecent, offensive, profane, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful or threatening comments.
6) Don't try to sell anything
Spamming or posting promotional sales materials is not permitted.
